Venture Theater & Classrooms Improvement Project
Main Project Elements – Providing ongoing construction management services to client on multiple projects. Pre-project tasks include constructability plan review, general contractor bid package, specification, and construction schedule duration review. Once the project was awarded to a contractor, performed general construction management tasks such as CPM review, cost control, RFI, and submittal review, approve monthly billings, and oversee the general contractor and assist the architect through the duration of each project.

Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Sprinkler, and Alarm to complete the building for its intended use and function as an Educational and Theater Building.
