Project consists of stabilizing and then replacing/upgrading the existing FAS and SA at three (3) existing buildings on the existing Stanislaus county Public Safety Center Campus. A board declared emergency for emergency repairs needed at the Public Safety Center-West, Minimum Housing Unit One and the Support Services Building.

Role of Division 01 CMS: On Call – Construction Manager

Provide early contract and drawing review, Bid document review and recommendation, Contractor proposals evaluation and award recommendation. Course of construction onsite oversight. Project schedule review, meeting coordination, Oversight of contractor work in coordination with County PM and IOR staff, coordination project closeout.

Stabilization and Construction budget $3,900,000.00

Role of Division 01 CMS: On Call – Construction Manager and Owner’s Representative

 

Main Project Elements – Providing ongoing construction management services to client on multiple projects. Pre project tasks include, constructability plan review, general contractor bid package, specification and construction schedule duration review. Once project is awarded to a contractor, performed general construction manager tasks such as CPM review, cost control, RFI, and submittal review, approve monthly billings, and oversee general contractor and assist architect through duration of each project.

Main Project Elements – Tenant improvement of existing tilt up building for a facility that provides teaching and administrative service credentials. Two story metal stud, open web joist and wood frame.  Project includes office space for existing and new staff members, 30 classrooms and areas for teachers, faculty, and students to meet, share, learn and collaborate.

Role of Firm: Construction Manager

Owner Name: City of Manteca

General Contractor: CT Brayton – Escalon, CA

Main Project Elements – Design build project with 30% bridging documents. Constructability review, Bid doc review, Prepared bid forms, coordinated bid process, interviewed potential general contractors and assisted in selection of GC and value engineering options. Continue to provide construction management services through duration of project Construction is now at 75% completion and currently on time and on budget.

Fire station features a basic “L” design and houses 4-person crew, engine and equipment. Wood frame structure including four dorm rooms, two offices, living area, exercise area, task specific rooms and bays designed to accommodate large engine and equipment.

Client Names: The Developer, Lennar Corp., and Fremont USD

General Contractor: F&H Construction – Lodi, CA

Main Project Elements – Ground up construction of a new K-5th elementary school. Consisted of 5 new buildings: 3 classroom buildings, administrative / kindergarten building, and multi-purpose building. Scope increased to add adjacent joint use 4 acre community park to serve as a community building hub for the school and neighborhood.

Division 01 CMS has assisted FB2 Solutions on the Construction Management of this new facility from Contract through completion. FB2 Solutions handled the administrative and financials and Division 01 CMS worked together with FB2 on construction activities, Document control of RFI’s, Submittals, Schedules, PCO’s, Inspection and liaison with Developers. Scope of services also included the CM oversite of the Joint Use park adjacent to school.

School was Developer funded and the developer is acting as owner until completion and turn over to School District
