Main Project Elements – Design-build project with 30% bridging documents. Constructability review, Bid doc review, Prepared bid forms, coordinated bid process, interviewed potential general contractors and assisted in the selection of GC and value engineering options. Continue to provide construction management services through duration of project Construction is now at 75% completion and currently on time and on budget.

The fire station features a basic “L” design and houses a 4-person crew, engine, and equipment. Wood frame structure including four dorm rooms, two offices, living area, exercise area, task-specific rooms, and bays designed to accommodate large engine and equipment.

Role Of Division 01 CMS: On Call – Construction Manager And Owner’s Representative

Main Project Elements – Providing ongoing construction management services to the client on multiple projects. Pre-project tasks include constructability plan review, general contractor bid package, specification, and construction schedule duration review. Once the project is awarded to a contractor, performed general construction management tasks such as CPM review, cost control, RFI, and submittal review, approve monthly billings, and oversee the general contractor and assist the architect through the duration of each project.
