Main Project Elements: Ground-up construction of a new K-5th elementary school. Consisted of 5 new buildings: 3 classroom buildings, an administrative / kindergarten building, and a multi-purpose building. Scope increased to add adjacent joint use 4-acre community park to serve as a community-building hub for the school and neighborhood.

Division 01 CMS has assisted FB2 Solutions on the construction management of this new facility from contract through completion. FB2 Solutions handled the administrative and financials and Division 01 CMS worked together with FB2 on construction activities, document control of RFI’s, submittals, schedules, PCO’s, inspection, and liaison with developers. Scope of services also included the CM oversite of the joint use park adjacent to the school.

The school was developer-funded and the developer is acting as owner until completion and turn over to the school district.
